For your convenience, Ola Feroz provides free returns. The following items are eligible for return:
- Unworn products
- Hygienic liner still intact in it's original form
- Tags and labels still intact.
Please take care when trying on our products. Make sure to try on any bottoms over underwear, without removing the hygienic liner. Be mindful of makeup, deodorant stains, animal hair, perfume, or other product stains as this will make your return subject to refusal. Ola Feroz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if merchandise is considered in salable condition. Items that are deemed not salable will be discarded. Ola Feroz will not send these item(s) back.
Submit a Return Request by following the instructions below and send your return back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached. Bottoms are required to have the original hygienic liner intact in it's original form. If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return it for refund or store credit and place a new order.
Return for Refund
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges for International orders.
How to Return Merchandise
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return request and authorization form. For your convenience, we will email you a prepaid shipping label (US customers only). Please affix the label to your package, take the package to the nearest USPS drop off location and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose to use another trackable shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Once received, returns may take between five to seven days to be processed.
*Customers purchasing from outside of the USA are responsible for all shipping costs and return costs.
