RETURNS + EXCHANGES

For your convenience, Ola Feroz offers returns for Exchange or Store Credit. All of our products are made to your order so refunds are not available.

The following items are eligible for return:

Unworn products that are free from stains and makeup
Hygienic liner still intact in it's original form
Tags and labels still intact
Sent within 30 days from when the order was delivered

Please take care when trying on our products. Make sure to try on any bottoms over underwear, without removing the hygienic liner. Be mindful of makeup, deodorant stains, animal hair, perfume, or other product stains as this will make your return subject to refusal. Ola Feroz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if merchandise is considered in salable condition. Items that are deemed not salable will be discarded. Ola Feroz will not send these item(s) back.

Submit a Return Request by following the instructions below and send your return back to us within 30 days from when your order was delivered. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached. Bottoms are required to have the original hygienic liner intact in it's original form.

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE

Email olaferozswimwear@gmail.com with your order number for a return shipping label (US customers only).
Download, print, and fill out the return form
Package the items you wish to return along with the return form. Affix the label to your package, take the package to the nearest USPS drop off location, and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose to use another trackable shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Once received, returns may take between five to seven days to be processed.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?

Shipping on all initial orders is free, however the cost of each return label will be deducted from the customers store credit since each item is made to order. Flat rate shipping labels are $7.00.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY STORE CREDIT?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and your store credit to be issued.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY STORE CREDIT?

You must have an Ola Feroz account to be given credit and to access it. Click on your account page and select Use Store Credit before shopping for your new items.

*Customers purchasing from outside of the USA are responsible for all shipping costs and return costs.
