Orders must be processed before shipping. Orders will be received within 5-8 business days as all orders are made to order. In the event that there are order delays, we will notify you. In the event that a fabric is sold out, we will fully refund your entire order plus shipping.

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked as ON SALE are not FINAL SALE unless noted on product page. SALE prices are not retroactive.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
Using Store Credit
To use a store credit or gift card, enter your unique code in the Discount Code section upon checkout. The amount of the store credit or gift card will automatically be deducted from your subtotal. If you do not use the entire store credit the remainder will be available for a future purchase using the same unique code. Store Credit cannot be applied to shipping costs. Applicable sales taxes will be added to all purchases shipping within Florida.
Verification and Shipping
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact you directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
